Subscriptions for Structcad are available as one-time purchases or recurring monthly payments. Payment terms and conditions are outlined in the Pricing section of our website. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Structcad will provide updates and maintenance as part of your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your software is up-to-date. Major updates or upgrades may be subject to additional fees for one-time purchases.
Support for Structcad is available through our Help section. We strive to respond to all support inquiries promptly, but we do not guarantee specific response times or issue resolutions.
All intellectual property rights in the Structcad plugin are owned by Clusterbots. You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clusterbots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Structcad plugin. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the plugin.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Structcad plugin constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
